The project at a glance

In order to ensure consistently successful events, it was imperative to get the right media, analysts and content to each show. kwittken + company conducted a communications analysis for each event and from there, produced and distributed invitations, press releases and reminders for the events. kwittken + company ran the media outreach programme for Imago to ensure targets for media and exhibitor attendance were met.

In the run-up to each event, kwittken + company liaised with exhibitors to gain information on their announcements, and coordinated and arranged meeting rooms for press briefings and press conferences. kwittken + company also ran the press office at the events, advising media of key stories of the day, facilitating journalist and analyst briefings and running the meeting rooms and press office area.
